Initial Consultation

 

This is for all new clients. It is a session where we begin to discuss your health and wellbeing story and I gain an insight into how I can assist you. We talk through the different strategies available to support your health and wellness journey.

Some of this work is done behind the scenes, especially if your case is complex.

  • Generally, minimal or no prescriptives are dispensed at this consultation. Time: 60 – 75 mins
  • Cost: $125 (AU)

 

Health & Wellness Plan Follow-up Consultation

 

Following the Initial Consultation, a Report of Findings – Health and Wellness Plan will be delivered in your next consultation. (Generally, 7 – 10 days after your initial consultation). At this point prescriptives will be discussed and dispensed accordingly. Prescriptives also encompass diet and lifestyle suggestions and advice, all discussed within the framework of a holistically appropriate treatment plan, tailored to the individual.

  • Time: 30 – 45 minutes
  • Cost: $75 (AU)

 

Follow-up Consultation

 

Follow up consultations are based purely on your needs. There are no exact rules to the frequency of follow-up consultations, this will be determined after each consultation. Each client has an individual treatment plan based on their individual needs.

  • Cost: $70 (AU)

 

CONSULTATION PACKAGES:

 Wellness Journey – Package 1:  $250 AU (Saving of $20)

 

  • This package combines an Initial Consultation, Health and Wellness Plan Follow-up Consultation and one Follow up Consultation

 

Wellness Begins – Package 2: $185 AU (Saving of $15)

 

  • This package contains an Initial Consultation and the Health and Wellness Plan Follow-up Consultation.

 

Please note: Prescriptives are an additional cost to consultations.

  • Post consultation – Prescriptions can be posted Australia wide or International by arrangement.
  • Contact free collection available for Bellarine residents.

 

Acute Consultation

 

  • Acute consultations are available for current or past clients only.
  • Suitable for something that has just occurred.
    • Cough and cold relief, hayfever, sore throat, muscular relief, pain relief.
  • Not suitable if you
    • Have had the condition for more than 1 month
    • Are taking more than 2 medications
    • Have severe allergies, asthma, or eczema.

Time allowed: 15 minutes

Cost: $50 (AU)

Supplements & Products dispensed, where appropriate at this consultation, will incur an additional cost.

 A discovery call is a brief conversation to learn more about working together.

 

Following booking your Discovery Call, I will call you at the designated time using the phone number provided by you at the time of booking.

To avoid any awkward conversations, please note that I cannot provide prescriptives/supplement, health, dietary or lifestyle advice until an initial consultation has been conducted. This is in line with my professional associations’ code of conduct.

 

CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY:

 

  • If for some reason you need to reschedule your consultation, please endeavour to give 48 hours’ notice. Giving notice allows me to offer this time to someone else who may be waiting for an earlier consultation time. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in you being charged in full for the missed consultation.
  • Recommended herbal liquids, supplements, other herbal products and laboratory testing are not included in consultation fees. You will be notified of all associated costs when I recommend specific health products and/or laboratory testing and may decide whether to proceed with these or not.
  • In order for us to build a healthy, responsible relationship please plan to pay your consultation fees when you book online, upon receipt of Invoice. Prescriptives are Invoiced accordingly when dispensed.
